  1. Freesia is the name of a flower but still sounds cool. Or Eiche, the German word for oak, because oaks represent strength.

  2. My name is evidently thought to be a bit kickass, since it’s Supergirl’s name. I don’t know if it’s a plus or a minus that it’s Supergirl’s name, but her boss pronounced it differently every time purposely, which I found humorous. I’ve dealt w a lot of different pronunciations, but mine is Kara pronounced with the first syllable sounding like “care,” while some, such as Kennedy relative Kara Kennedy, born in 1961 as I was, pronounce the first syllable like “car.”

  3. Valda–or variant Velda–beautiful, strong names that mean “power”.

  4. I’ve always loved Aoife (pronounced ee-fa)

Behindthename.com gives this definition: Means “beauty” from the Gaelic word aoibh. In Irish legend Aoife was a warrior princess. In war against her sister Scathach, she was defeated in single combat by the hero Cúchulainn. Eventually she was reconciled with her sister and became the lover of Cúchulainn. This name is sometimes used as a Gaelic form of Eve or Eva.

  5. Megan, seems like a nice name or Helena, since it deals with magic and reminds me of hectate

  6. Aarini (meaning “adventurous”), Artana (meaning “vanquisher of all foes”), or Aschara (meaning “surprise”)

  7. Severyn, the name has an edgy feel to it while staying feminine, it says this is a woman you don’t mess with

  8. The name I have chosen is Hanna or Alissa, the first and middle name of my daughter.

  9. I was gonna name my first daughter Season or Kyla but had two boys and no girls. I had also considered Misty Dawn and Savannah

  10. Raina, means Queen or Wise Guardian. Another option is Willa, meaning determined protector. Not exactly sure what role you have her in.

  11. Tesha and Jaelyn are both names that mean survivor. Sezia is a Russian name that means fighter. Then of course there is my favorite name of all: Siobhan.

  12. Evalyn, Alice, Valerie, Raven, Lana, Brie, Harper. Sorry if some are duplicates from previous comments. 🙂

  13. Lola is a great kick ass name, or Diamond because it sounds so tough. Good luck
    Happy writing.

  14. Or Artemis, the goddess of the hunt is a cool person to name a character after

    1. Haha, that’s actually the name of my current MC, Darelynn “Dare” Valari.
She’s the main character of A Sword of Fortune and Fate 😀

  15. Pingback: Devyn Jayse
